Pandora is one of the world’s largest and most prolific jewellery manufacturers and has been using Scanmarket’s software for several years. The engagement between provider and customer has proven highly beneficial here. “It’s been a platform that’s been evolving ever since we’ve gone on it.” Says Pandora’s Vice President of Global Indirect Procurement, Frederik Haarder, “We’ve had lots of good dialogues with Scanmarket about what could be new: interfaces that we would like and new features.” Scanmarket aims to become a partner to all its clients and helps to encourage greater adoption in an organic manner.
